In the event your product arrives damaged, please submit the contact form on our site with details about the occurrence and we will be glad to assist. Please note that the Mystery Flight includes four candles selected completely at random from our collection. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that these selections are final, and we are unable to accommodate requests for exchanges or refunds based on scent preferences. It's all part of the mystery and fun!
